Coaching is different than any other process or method for change. As a team, you and your coach focus on the present moment, a positive change-oriented mindset, develop and use actionable strategies and skills, and make the best use of a person's strengths to ensure the changes happen.

My clients appreciate the approaches of coaching where changing limiting beliefs, altering unworkable mindsets, and developing practical strategies for immediate and lasting are the earliest stages of the coaching work.  

Supporting clients, rooting for their successes, and encouraging lasting change are the basic tenets of coaching. While the work continues and gains momentum, we as a team also maintain accountability and responsibility for the change plan.
